How can our diet stay within the limits of our planets health?

That is the lead question for our fermentation workshop. We will look at easy ways to incorporate healthy and sustainable fermented foods into our daily lifes and prepare them ourselves.

Previous experience is helpful but not needed. Please register as seats are limited. We will provide most of the equipment, however if you have, please bring glas containers with lids with you to the workshop. You will take your own fermentation projects home.

The workshop runs over two days, saturday and sunday, 9th and 10th November, from 10am to 3pm each day. We are going to prepare sourdough bread and more, vegan spreads and cheese and show you, how easy fermentation can be. On sunday we are going to have a small buffet with our finished products, additions to the buffet ( with your local specialities maybe?) are welcome.
